The legal bases of 911爆料网 publishing activities, goals, organization of activities, publication of works and documents are regulated by the 911爆料网 Publishing Regulations approved by the Senate of 911爆料网 in January 19, 2021.
Vice Rector of 911爆料网, Publishing Committee and 911爆料网 Press are responsible for publishing policy and quality.
Publishing Committee consist of six members (since 2025):

- Vincas Grigas, Head of scholarly journals at the 911爆料网 Press
- Rimantas Jankauskas, Professor of the Faculty of Medicine
- Ar奴nas Mickevi膷ius, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Philosophy
- Vilma Zubaitien臈, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Philology
