Registration

Applications for University Accommodation must be submitted via:

• Online enrolment procedure (for exchange students)
• (for degree students)

Moving In

Autumn semester: 25–31 August 

Spring semester: will be updated

The Accommodation Officer will provide a moving-in schedule and the address to first-year students who have been allocated a place and paid their deposit by the deadline.

Important Information

• Due to limited dormitory capacity, it is unfortunately not possible to allocate University accommodation to all students.
• Successful applicants will be notified by 10 July whether they have been assigned a place in a student dormitory.
• Coordinate your arrival date with the Accommodation Officer.
• Late arrival? Please make sure you inform the Accommodation Officer in advance.
• If you are not allocated University-managed accommodation, you can arrange housing independently through other institutions or private rentals. See for more information on alternative options here.
